A three hour session to focus on the eight pillars of well-being. We will do a thorough assessment and come up with a treatment plan that incorporates the mind body and spirit to begin helping you feel better immediately. The session also includes coupons for yoga, Reiki and or acupuncture outside of our time.

3 hour intensive couples work to explore and discuss the pertinent issues that need to be addressed to help the couple move toward enhanced connection and understanding. Learn practical skills to assist in more meaningful communication.
